Istanbul on Friday will host a two-day Türkiye Nation Branding Forum, which will gather dozens of worldwide public and private sector representatives.
Türkiye’s Communications Directorate will organize the forum under the theme of “Meet the Real Colors of Türkiye,” where the Turkish brand, international branding activities and country examples will be discussed.
The opening of the forum, which will include 44 speakers from all over the world, will be made by Communications Director Fahrettin Altun.
Also, the Turkish brand, the nation’s branding strategy from history, Turkish TV series, Turkish cuisine, brand cities, soft power elements and international branding activities will be evaluated by experts.
High-level representatives from various institutions and organizations, including the Turkish Foreign Ministry, Anadolu Agency, UNESCO, the Turkish Cooperation and Coordination Agency (TIKA), and Turkish Airlines (THY), will share evaluations on Türkiye’s branding strategies.
Also, at the forum, Anadolu Agency’s Director General Serdar Karagoz will talk about the Turkish brand with a presentation titled “The Role of Media in Nation Branding: AA Brand.”
The forum is intended to be a first step in establishing a holistic strategy in nation branding.
